排水泵站能耗分析与节能措施研究

随着城市化进程的不断加快和工业化程度的不断提高,对于排水系统的要求也日益增加。作为排水系统重要的组成部分,排水泵站在保障排水系统正常运行和水量稳定的同时,面临着高能耗的问题。文章针对排水泵站开展能耗分析,从水泵、控制系统及输送管道 3 个方面提出了针对性的节能措施,以提高排水泵站的能源利用率,实现排水泵站的高效运行。
Analysis of energy consumption and energy saving measures of drainage water pump station
With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process and the continuous improvement of the industrialization degree,the requirements for the drainage system are also increasing day by day.As an important part of the drainage system,the drainage pump station is also facing the problem of high energy consumption while ensuring the normal operation of the drainage system and the stability of the water quantity.This paper carries out energy consumption analysis for drainage pump station,and puts forward targeted energy saving measures from three aspects of water pump,control system and transmission pipeline,so as to improve the energy utilization rate of drainage pump station and realize the efficient operation of drainage pump station.
