摘要

金属陶瓷材料应用领域越来越广,为实现对其组分的实验分析,文章通过对性能特性、各相组成和化学特性研究,完成Al2O3 复合金属陶瓷材料中Al、Cu、Fe等 21 项元素的测试应用研究.本研究方法测定Al2O3 复合金属陶瓷材料元素含量快速灵敏、正确度高、精密度好,有很好的实用价值.

Abstract

The application field of cermet materials is more and more wide.In order to realize the experimental analysis of its components,this paper completed the testing and application research of 21 elements such as Al,Cu and Fe in Al2O3 composite cermet materials by studying the performance characteristics,the composition of each phase and the chemical characteristics.The method used in this paper to determine the element content of Al2O3 composite cermet material is fast and sensitive,with high accuracy and good precision,and has good practical value.
