电动汽车电驱动系统高压纹波试验方法研究

新能源电动汽车整车高压内网结构复杂,各个高压系统部件直流侧在工作过程中会在不同频率下产生电压振荡,这些振荡在整车高压内网中互相耦合放大,引起整车高压内网异常过流、器件发热、继电器粘连等安全隐患.文章基于典型实车工况整车高压纹波数据,分析并提出了电驱动系统纹波抗扰测试方法.以实车工况数据作为电驱动系统的电气载荷,确定不同温度点作为环境载荷,提出了一种基于实车工况数据的电驱动系统高压纹波试验方法,明确了试验流程及测试系统的组成.
Research on high voltage ripple test method of electric drive system of electric vehicle
The high voltage internal network structure of new energy electric vehicles is complex,and the DC side of each high voltage system component will generate voltage oscillations at different frequencies during operation.These oscillations are coupled and amplified in the high voltage internal network of the vehicle,causing safety hazards such as abnormal overcurrent,component heating,and relay adhesion.This paper analyzes and proposes a ripple immunity testing method for electric drive systems based on typical high voltage ripple data of the entire vehicle under actual driving conditions.A high voltage ripple test method for electric drive systems based on actual vehicle operating conditions data was proposed,with different temperature points determined as environmental loads.The test process and composition of the test system were clarified.
