The installation and dismantling of coal mine equipment is a complex and large-scale system engineering,and the winch is a key equipment in the equipment installation and dismantling.Therefore,based on a brief analysis of the structure and working principle of the endless rope traction winch,this article designs and selects the winch used in the installation of equipment in a certain working face of Jiangzhuang Coal Mine.Based on the maximum transportation distance and inclination angle of the working face transportation roadway,combined with the winch selection calculation,the SQ-90/110B endless rope winch is finally selected.Through the verification of the mechanical and electrical power,steel wire rope strength,and tension of this type of endless rope winch,it was found that the selected winch meets the specified design requirements.Through practical application in coal mine transportation tunnels,it not only ensures the safe operation of the installation equipment,but also saves a lot of economic costs for the enterprise every year.
