超声和调制的中频电流一起作用到人体是一种电声联合的新疗法.系统采用目前最流行的STM32 系列芯片STM32F103ZET6 作为主控芯片,采用更加灵活高效的FPGA技术作为DDS信号发生器、12 位高速D/A转换器、高压高速放大器进行初级放大信号,再做阻抗匹配;通过采样放大器的电源电流,判断超声换能器的工作状态,连接到超声换能器和中频电极,达到整个系统高效稳定工作.
Design and implementation of intelligent ultrasound and intermediate frequency therapeutic instrument based on FPGA control
Ultrasound and modulated intermediate frequency current act on human body together,which is a new combination of electroacoustic therapy.In this system,the most popular STM32 series chip STM32F103ZET6 is used as the main control chip,and the more flexible and efficient FPGA technology is used as the DDS signal generator,the 12-bit high-speed DA converter and the high-voltage high-speed amplifier for primary amplification,and then impedance matching is performed.By sampling the power supply current of the amplifier,the working state of the ultrasonic transducer is judged,and it is connected to the ultrasonic transducer and the intermediate frequency electrode,so as to achieve the efficient and stable work of the wholesystem.
