黄茅海跨海通道 2 座斜拉桥的 5 座主塔均采用纤腰独柱式异形混凝土索塔,造型优美、结构简洁.结构及施工环境复杂,面临着截面变化剧烈,模板及爬架设计困难;钢筋数量多,高空绑扎效率低安全风险高,保护层厚度控制难度大,影响海洋环境下混凝土耐久性;C55 混凝土水泥用量多、水化热大,8cm保护层素混凝土开裂风险高等一系列施工难题.通过采用参数化模板设计、数控机床雕刻加工造型箱模板;钢筋分块部品施工工艺;优化配合比,掺加粘度改性剂,在保护层范围内增设玄武岩纤维等一系列施工措施,解决了相关技术难题,确保了施工质量,提高了施工效率,降低了安全风险,快速优质地完成了异形混凝土索塔的建造,为类似项目的施工提供了借鉴.
Construction technology of special-shaped concrete cable tower with slim waist and single column in marine environment
The five main towers of two cable-stayed bridges in Huangmaohai cross-sea passage all adopt slim waist single-column special-shaped concrete pylon,which has beautiful shape and simple structure.The structure and construction environment are complex,and it is difficult to design formwork and climbing frame with drastic cross-section changes.There are a large number of steel bars,low efficiency of high-altitude binding and high safety risk,and it is difficult to control the thickness of protective layer,which affects the durability of concrete in marine environment;C55 concrete has a series of construction problems,such as large cement consumption,high hydration heat,high cracking risk of plain concrete with 8cm protective layer,etc.Construction technology of reinforced block parts;A series of construction measures,such as optimizing the mix proportion,adding viscosity modifier and adding basalt fiber in the protective layer,have solved the related technical problems,ensured the construction quality,improved the construction efficiency,reduced the safety risk,and completed the construction of special-shaped concrete pylon quickly and with high quality,which provides reference for the construction of similar projects.
