Construction is the key node of the construction drawing technology landing,which plays a key role in the use quality of the building operation process.In order to solve the problem of reliability and management efficiency of traditional construction mode,this paper summarizes the application effect of BIM technology in the construction process and analyzes the promotion effect of the technology in the whole process of construction.The analysis shows that BIM technology can assist in the construction of intelligent construction management system,carry out project schedule control,quality control,cost control and safety control;carry out the design,production,transportation,assembly,operation and maintenance management of prefabricated parts and components,improve the intelligent construction level of assembly construction;use multi-software coordination,build BIM+visualization technology coordination scheme,form a data transmission framework,and provide more services for the management and optimization of the whole process of construction.
