为了解决客户投诉的压缩机运行电流过高的问题(15.3A),使运行电流保持在正常范围(6~8A),在寿命范围内充分发挥其功效.为此,本文采用 8D方法成立 8D小组,从问题详细描述、临时围堵措施、确认根本原因、部署永久纠正措施、纠正措施验证等各个阶段的分析和部署,在压缩机生产线增加了视觉探测系统,同时优化了产线的最终检测参数,解决了压缩机运行电流过高的问题.
Research on solving the problem of high running current of compressor based on 8D method
In order to solve the problem of high operating current of the compressor complained by customers(15.3A),the operating current is kept in the normal range(6-8A),and its effect is fully exerted within the life range.For this reason,the 8D method was adopted in this paper to set up an 8D team,from the detailed description of the problem,temporary containment measures,identification of the root cause,deployment of permanent corrective measures,verification of corrective measures and other stages of analysis and deployment,to add a visual detection system to the compressor production line,while optimizing the final detection parameters of the production line,to solve the problem of excessive compressor running current.
