两种主流微生物检测技术在水质监测中的效能对比研究

为了监测水体微生物污染情况和含有的特定致病细菌,目前主要是依托微生物传感器、聚合酶链式反应两种微生物检测技术.为更好地发挥这两种常见微生物检测技术的优势,本文从二者的技术原理与应用要点入手,依托模糊评价模型和APH层次分析法,在 15 位专家的大力支持下,开展二者的效能对比,以期为水质监测提供更多技术参考.
Comparative study of the efficacy of two mainstream microbial detection techniques in water quality monitoring
In order to monitor the water microbial pollution and contains specific cure bacteria,is mainly based on microbial sensors,polymerase chain reaction two microbial detection technology,to better play to the advantages of the two common microbial detection technology,the study from the technical principle and application points,based on fuzzy evaluation model and APH level analysis,under the support of 15 experts,carry out the application of the two contrast,in order to provide more technology for water quality monitoring.
