案例项目是海尔集团集制造、研发、设计、区域总部、研发配套于一体的新型产业建筑.建筑面积为 89000m2,共 8 层,建筑定义为丙类高层厂房.本文结合实际做法,介绍该项目的给水、排水及消防系统设计要点,确保其设计合理、运行可靠,满足建筑物的功能需求和人员安全需求,为今后此类项目设计提供参考.
The project is a new industrial building of Haier Group,which integrates manufacturing,research and development,design,regional headquarters and R&D facilities.Construction area of 89000m2,a total of 8 floors,the building is defined as a Class C high-rise plant.Based on the actual practice,this paper introduces the design points of the water supply,drainage and fire protection system of the project to ensure that the design is reasonable,the operation is reliable,and the functional requirements of buildings and personnel safety requirements are met.It provides reference for the future design of such projects.
