建筑工程铝合金模板的关键技术研究

随着社会的发展和经济的增长,以及对建筑施工质量和进度要求的提高,传统模板已经不能满足建筑工程的需要.本文对建筑工程铝合金模板施工的关键技术进行了研究,并详细分析探讨了铝合金板材在建筑工程方面的应用.首先,相比传统木质和钢结构模板,仔细研究了铝合金板材具有重量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀等特点,能够满足不同建筑工程的需求.其次,进行了铝合金模板可靠性分析,包括极限状态下载荷施加所产生的强度与刚度.然后,开展了铝合金模板的变形与可靠性分析.此外,还研究了模板拼装和拆除的技术,以及模板连接件的设计和使用.结果表明,合理的模板支撑系统设计和模板板面处理可以有效提高模板施工的质量和速度,减少模板损坏和浪费.
With the development of society and economic growth,as well as the improvement of construction quality and schedule requirements,traditional formwork has been unable to meet the needs of construction projects.In this paper,the key technology of aluminum alloy formwork construction is studied,and the application of aluminum alloy sheet in construction engineering is analyzed in detail.First of all,compared with the traditional wood and steel structure templates,the aluminum alloy sheet has the characteristics of light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance,which can meet the needs of different construction projects.Secondly,the reliability analysis of aluminum alloy formwork is carried out,including the strength and stiffness generated by the application of load in the limit state.Then,the deformation and reliability analysis of aluminum alloy formwork are carried out.In addition,the technology of formwork assembly and removal,as well as the design and use of formwork connectors are also studied.The results show that reasonable design of formwork support system and formwork surface treatment can effectively improve the quality and speed of formwork construction and reduce the damage and waste of formwork.
