Drug metabolism analysis,high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology application more and more widely,it not only has the technical characteristics of high precision,and give full play to the efficient separation ability,avoid drug decomposition under high temperature,improve the integrity of drug inspection process,with the help of data analysis,realize the function of drug metabolism,metabolic process standardization test.In view of this,the paper first analyzes the basic principles and characteristics of HPLC-MS technology,and proposes the application points of HPLC-MS in drug metabolism analysis for reference.
