Design and simulation analysis of defrosting system for electric vehicle air conditioning
Pure electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning is prone to frost formation in the outdoor heat exchanger during winter heating.To ensure the normal operation of heat pump air conditioning without affecting vehicle performance and comfort,this article proposes the design of a composite defrosting system:in the initial stage,the hot air bypass method is used for defrosting,and when the compressor has insufficient heat storage,it switches to the electric defrosting mode,while considering the recovery of motor waste heat for electric defrosting.After determining the system parameters,this article used AMESim software to model and analyze the air conditioning system,and determined the optimal opening of the bypass valve and the conditions for switching defrosting mode.
