Research on improving the quality of automatic welding for air conditioning heat exchangers
In the production process of automatic welding(flame brazing)of air conditioning heat exchangers,the problem of welding leakage of the two elbows frequently occurs,which not only increases the labor intensity of welding workers,but also greatly affects the overall quality of the product.In response to this issue,this article proposes a new spiral structure welding ring design method,aiming to improve the welding quality of the two devices,reduce the repair welding rate,and achieve the goal of saving production costs.
