Design and application of sludge bagging shaping and stacking system
A sludge bagging and shaping system based on packaging scale and belt conveyor was designed,which is mainly used for sludge layering high-pressure filtration.The test shows that the system can accurately control the sludge loading amount,the bag size is no more than 120cm×150cm,and the sludge is extruded into 2～5cm mud cake by extrusion,and the mud cake is automatically placed in layers.The equipment can effectively improve the bagging efficiency,reduce the labor intensity,and the thickness of the mud cake is uniform,which has an important role in promoting the filter effect.
