基于计算机视觉的高压输电线路智能巡检系统设计与实现

针对现有巡检方法多依赖于人工检查,不但效率低下而且存在较大安全风险的问题,提出了一种基于计算机视觉的高压输电线路智能巡检系统。深入分析了输电线路智能巡检的需求,利用计算机视觉技术研发了一套包含硬件选择、软件开发和算法优化的巡检系统,开展了实地测试和验证。结果表明,该智能巡检系统能有效识别输电线路多种类型的缺陷,检测准确率达到了较高水平。与传统巡检方式相比,不仅大幅提高了巡检效率,而且显著降低了人员的安全风险,为高压输电线路的巡检工作提供了一种新的解决方案。
Design and realization of intelligent inspection system for high-voltage transmission lines based on computer vision
For existing inspection methods mostly rely on manual inspection,which is not only inefficient but also has a large security risk.Hence,a high-voltage transmission line intelligent inspection system based on computer vision is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the demand for intelligent inspection of transmission lines is analyzed in depth.Secondly,an inspection system containing hardware selection,software development and algorithm optimization is developed using computer vision technology.Finally,it was tested and verified in the field.Results show that the intelligent inspection system can effectively identify multiple types of defects in transmission lines,and the detection accuracy rate reaches a high level.Compared with the traditional inspection method,it not only significantly improves the inspection efficiency,but also significantly reduces the safety risk of personnel,providing a novel solution for the inspection of high-voltage transmission lines.
