Research on installation method and inspection technology of electromechanical pipeline in biomass power plant
The existing installation method and inspection technology of electromechanical pipe in biomass power plant are directly installed on the electromechanical pipe in biomass power plant,and the flexible clamp required for installation is not selected,resulting in poor installation and inspection effect of the traditional method.Therefore,this paper mainly selects the flexible clamp,and then carries out the installation of the electromechanical pipeline of the biomass power plant,and designs an inspection method to test the sealing performance of the installed pipeline,and designs a comparison experiment.The experimental results show that the research method has a high degree of fit with the actual test results,and the inspection effect is better.
