摘要
为确保城市饮用水微生物安全,文章分析了培养法、PCR技术、生物传感器三种主要微生物检测方法,通过在灵敏度、检测速度、特异性、操作便利性、成本效益等方面综合评估,旨在确定各检测方法优劣,从而为选择最适合城市饮用水微生物的检测方法提供科学依据.研究结果表明,培养法操作简便且成本较低,但在灵敏度、检测速度方面不如PCR技术、生物传感器技术;PCR技术在特异性、灵敏度上表现优异;生物传感器技术在快速检测方面展示出显著优势.研究成果对指导城市饮用水微生物监测具有重要意义.
Abstract
In order to ensure the safety of urban drinking water microorganisms,this paper analyzes the culture method,PCR technology,biological sensor three main microbial detection method,through the sensitivity,detection speed,specificity,operation convenience,cost benefit comprehensive evaluation,to determine the detection method,so as to provide scientific basis for choosing the most suitable urban drinking water microbial detection method.The results show that the culture method is simple and inexpensive,but it is inferior to PCR technology and biosensor technology in sensitivity and detection speed;PCR technology performs excellent in specificity and sensitivity;and biosensor technology shows significant advantages in rapid detection.The research results are of great significance for guiding the microbial monitoring of urban drinking water.
