Analysis and thinking of 23·7 heavy rainstorm flood in Zhaitang Reservoir
From July 29 to August 1,2023,due to the influence of tropical storm"Doksuri",Zhaitang Reservoir basin suffered a rare heavy rain in history.The continuous heavy rainfall process caused the biggest flood since the establishment of Zhaitang Reservoir in 1974.In the course of the flood,the network has been disconnected,power outage,the loss of contact with the outpost hydrologic station and other emergencies,in order to ensure the safety of downstream people's lives and property,Zhaitang Reservoir scientific dispatch,flood blocking peak,decisive disposal of emergencies,and give full play to the flood control benefits.This paper provides an important reference for the flood control and disaster reduction work of Zhaitang Reservoir in the future through the analysis of the rainstorm flood.
