文章提出的桁架反梁与混凝土楼板组合楼面受力体系做法,考虑改善局部深降板楼面受力性能,同时考虑模块化快速生产及安装施工.混凝土楼板与桁架反梁组合构件中的桁架由工厂自动焊接成型,工厂制作加工的组合构件效率高、质量稳定、经济效益良好.参照某电力中控楼建筑,进行有限元分析及制作安装模拟设计.
Frame structure local deep drop slab floor assembly system design
In this paper,the combined floor loading system of truss reverse beam and concrete floor is proposed,which not only considers to improve the mechanical performance of local deep drop floor,but also considers the modular rapid production and installation construction.The trusses in the composite components of concrete floor and truss are welded automatically by the factory.The composite components manufactured by the factory have high efficiency,stable quality and good economic benefit.Referring to the absence of a power central control building,this paper carries out finite element analysis and production and installation simulation design.
