Construction and application of an intelligent supervision system for medical consumables based on SPD mode
In recent years,the proposal of"accelerating and expanding centralized procurement to reduce the burden of healthcare"has become a prominent issue in China's public welfare.In order to reduce the cost of medical consumables and enhance the operational efficiency of healthcare institutions,a scientifically efficient medical consumables management system is needed to promote the high-quality development of healthcare institutions.The article focuses on a tertiary healthcare institution in Zhuhai People's Hospital and utilizes the information technology capabilities of the SPD intelligent management model.It constructs a comprehensive and intelligent supervisory system spanning the entire lifecycle of medical consumables,including access,budgeting,procurement,consumption,pricing,settlement,regulation,and evaluation.The ultimate goal is to achieve transparent and visualized information management throughout the entire process of medical consumables management within healthcare institutions,thus enhancing their collaborative capacity and precision in management.This initiative is designed to foster the high-quality development of healthcare institutions.
