A study on urban gas pipeline structural integrity equipment based on multi-sensor modules
Urban gas pipelines serve as a crucial component of city infrastructure,with their structural integrity being vital to the safe and stable supply of urban gas.Failures in structural integrity may lead to gas leaks,potentially causing safety incidents and posing serious threats to public life and property.Therefore,the monitoring and management of the structural integrity of urban gas pipelines are of significant importance.This paper focuses on the research methods and technical approaches,structure,and working procedures of the device.The prototype developed was tested in a DN100mm pipeline,and the experimental results indicate that the detector meets the design objectives.It significantly enhances the safety of gas pipelines and prevents potential structural integrity failures.
