The implementation of on-line detection oil in water based on automatic cleaning
The petrochemical enterprises must have stable and reliable methods and technologies for detecting water oil content.For the issues of easy sticking of detection probes and blockage of measurement pipelines during on-line detection oil in water,as well as contamination of measurement fluid and interference from bubbles,a set of automatic cleaning system is designed and implemented in this paper.Achieving ideal range,accuracy,and reliability of on-line detection oil in water,the system can automatically and regularly clean the preprocessing unit,postprocessing unit,and monitoring unit related equipment of the device for on-line detection oil in water.
