In this paper,the key elements of science and technology projects are extracted by means of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence large model,in order to establish the value evaluation system of science and technology projects from multiple dimensions such as project research object,research problem,key technology,innovation point,necessity,rationality,risk and output effect,so as to carry out intelligent review of the value of project approval,assist the expert group in the professional field to review the project approval,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of project approval review.
