地铁车站侧墙不同湿度下的收缩模拟分析

依托实际地铁车站工程,研究不同环境湿度对侧墙混凝土结构收缩的影响.基于CEB-FIP(90)预测模型,将模型的收缩计算方法写入UEXPAN子程序中,再结合USDFLD子程序,利用ABAQUS模拟不同湿度下侧墙的收缩应力情况.由模拟结果可知,随着龄期的增长,弹性模量不断变大,收缩应力也随之增加;侧墙在高度方向收缩应力由下到上逐渐降低,越靠近约束边界的部位其收缩应力越大;随着外部环境湿度的增大,混凝土侧墙的收缩应力逐渐变小,从而提高其混凝土结构的抗开裂能力.模拟结果对控制混凝土结构的收缩应力提供了理论参考,对保障混凝土工程在各种湿度环境下的高质量施工有着重要意义.
Shrinkage simulation analysis of subway station sidewalls under different humidity levels
Relying on the actual metro station project,the effect of different environmental humidity on the shrinkage of its sidewall concrete structure is investigated.Based on the CEB-FIP(90)prediction model,the shrinkage calculation method of the model is written into the UEXPAN subroutine,and then combined with the USDFLD subroutine,ABAQUS is used to simulate the shrinkage stresses of the sidewalls under different humidity.From the simulation results,it can be seen that with the growth of age,the modulus of elasticity becomes larger,and the contraction stress increases;the contraction stress of the side wall in the height direction decreases from bottom to top,and the closer to the boundaries of the constraints,the greater the contraction stress;with the increase of humidity of the external environment,the contraction stress of the concrete side wall gradually becomes smaller,thus improving the cracking resistance of the concrete structure.The numerical results provide a theoretical reference for controlling the shrinkage stress of concrete structures.And it is of great significance for concrete construction under various humidity environments.
