随着科技的发展,工业机器人成为工厂生产主力,为实现人机互交、提高效率,人机互交示教器必不可少。示教器主要由手持器和人机互交界面软件组成,示教器将基于先设计硬件再设计软件的顺序进行研究。硬件包括通信、显示、触摸模块和核心板等,软件基于QT5。6 编译。此示教器的优点是支持工业电压,模块单独设计,便于更新。
Design of industrial teaching device based on i.mx6ul
With the development of science and technology,industrial robots have become the main force of factory production.In order to achieve man-machine interaction and improve efficiency,man-machine interaction demonstrator is essential.The teaching device is mainly composed of hand-held device and human-machine interface software.The teaching device will be studied based on the order of designing hardware first and then software.The hardware includes communication,display,touch module and core board,etc.The software is compiled based on QT5.6.The advantage of this demonstrator is that it supports industrial voltage,and the module is designed separately for easy updating.
