This article takes the analysis and identification of rock and mineral resources in geological laboratories as a starting point to analyze common problems in geological laboratory projects.Taking problem-solving as the approach,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed from the aspects of improving and perfecting the geological laboratory system,optimizing and allocating laboratory resources,and ensuring the operation and security of the laboratory system.Intended to improve the analysis and testing level of geological laboratories and the quality of test results,and to form a standardized modern management model for geological laboratories to adapt to market changes and enhance competitiveness.
