矿井局部通风机自动化及远程化的设计

为了解决矿井局部通风机断电后再次来电时能够自动排瓦斯、局部通风机主备切换故障后能够自启,以便实现自动化,以及矿井局部通风机远程监控与集中控制实现远程化,设计基于Simatic S7-200 SMART PLC的矿井局部通风机自动化控制电路图,利用STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART软件编写矿井局部通风机自动化控制程序,利用Modbus通信协议实现PLC与矿井局部通风机综合保护的通信,利用组态王 6.55 搭建后台监控.通过程序仿真、控制系统的搭建,现场调试验证了控制系统的正确性.矿井局部通风机自动化及远程化的实现有利于减人提效,提高了职工安全系数,减少了不必要的人员伤害和经济损失.
Design of automation and remote of mine local ventilator
In order to solve the problem that when the local fan power is cut off,the gas can be automatically discharged when the power is called again,and the main backup of the local fan can be switched on by itself after the failure,so as to realize automation,and remote monitoring and centralized control of mine local ventilator to achieve remote.The paper designs the circuit diagram of automatic control of mine local ventilator based on Simatic S7-200 Smart Plc,compiles the automatic control program of mine local ventilator with STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART software,realizes the communication of comprehensive protection between PLC and mine local ventilator with Modbus communication protocol,and uses kingview 6.55 to build the background monitor.The correctness of the control system is verified by the program simulation,the construction of the control system and the field test.The realization of the automation and remote control of the local fan in the mine is beneficial to reducing the number of people and improving the efficiency,improving the Factor of safety of the staff and reducing the unnecessary injury and economic loss.
