新能源储能电池箱结构强度优化研究

探讨新能源储能电池箱的结构强度优化问题,通过采用CAE计算机辅助模拟程序,建立电池箱的有限元模型,进行应力变化模型测试.基于该模型进行结构强度分析,包括静态力学分析、模态分析和随机振动分析等,以全面评估电池箱在不同工况下的性能表现.根据分析结果指出电池箱在应力变化下的形变问题,以及结构性能的薄弱点,并针对电池箱结构中的薄弱环节提出改进方案.该研究为新能源储能电池箱的结构设计提供了理论支持,有助于提升新能源电池系统的整体性能和安全性.
Research on structural strength optimization of new energy storage battery box
The structural strength optimization of the new energy storage battery box was discussed.The finite element model of the battery box was established by CAE computer-aided simulation program,and the stress change model was tested.Based on the model,the structural strength analysis,including static mechanics analysis,modal analysis and random vibration analysis,was carried out to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the battery box under different working conditions.According to the analysis results,the deformation problem of the battery box under the change of stress and the weak point of the structural performance are pointed out,and the improvement plan is put forward for the weak link in the structure of the battery box.This study provides theoretical support for the structural design of the new energy storage battery box,and helps to improve the overall performance and safety of the new energy battery system.
