二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)改性沥青及其混合料高温性能研究

制备 3%MDI、5%MDI和 7%MDI改性沥青及其混合料,通过动态剪切流变试验和车辙试验研究不同掺量MDI改性沥青及其混合料的高温性能.结果表明,MDI改性剂的加入增大了基质沥青的黏弹性,提高了基质沥青的软化点,降低了针入度指标;不同掺量MDI改性剂的加入均增大了基质沥青的车辙因子指标G*/sinδ和沥青混合料的动稳定度值.其中,7%MDI改性沥青在车辙因子G*/sinδ=2.2kPa水平对应的临界温度最高,其对沥青混合料动稳定度的提升程度亦最大,7%MDI改性沥青及其混合料可适用于相对更高温度环境中的沥青路面设计与应用.
Study on high temperature performance of diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate(MDI)modified asphalt and its mixture
Modified asphalt and its mixtures with 3%MDI,5%MDI and 7%MDI were prepared.The high-temperature performance of MDI modified asphalt and its mixtures with different dosages was studied through dynamic shear rheological tests and rutting tests.The results showed that the addition of MDI modifiers increased the viscoelasticity and softening point of the matrix asphalt,and reduced the penetration index.The addition of MDI modifiers with different dosages increased the rutting factor index G*/sinδ of the asphalt and dynamic stability value of the asphalt mixture.When the rutting factor rindex G*/sinδ was 2.2kPa,the critical temperature corresponding to 7%MDI modified asphalt was the highest,and it had the greatest improvement about the dynamic stability value of asphalt mixtures.7%MDI modified asphalt and its mixture were suitable for asphalt pavement design and application in relatively higher temperature environments.
