为提高城轨车辆构架侧横梁装配效率,减轻作业者劳动强度,同时保证质量的稳定性,对侧横梁内腔装配进行数字化、智能化改造.通过对物料配送的改造、自动装配站建设以及控制系统的搭建,实现了按需自动配送物料、自动抓取搬运物料、自动点焊和智能质量检测,并实时采集设备数据和监控装配任务的执行.
Research on the construction of automatic assembly station for urban rail bogie frame
In order to improve the assembly efficiency of the side crossbeam of urban rail bogie frame,reduce the labor intensity of operators,and ensure the stability of quality,the inner cavity assembly of the side beam was digitally and intelligently transformed.Through the transformation of material distribution,the construction of automatic assembly station and the construction of control systems,the automatic distribution of materials on demand,automatic grasping and handling of materials,automatic spot welding and intelligent quality inspection have been realized,and the real-time collection of equipment data and monitoring of the execution of assembly tasks have been realized.
