On assembly-lined efficient extraction of scandium rare earth titanium vanadium niobium from red mud by
To overcome the low efficiency of traditional"acid leaching method"and the problems of environmental, low cost and assembly line extraction and the corresponding mechanisms of a variety of trace rare earth and precious metal elements that rich in red mud,the recovery efficiencies of scandium, rare earth, titanium, vanadium and niobium from red mud through the microorganisms and N-polymer/G-soluble hydrocarbon-hydrogenated modified T-glycan that are of negative electric functional groups based on the electrical"opposites attract"were investigated. It is shown that the microorganisms and modified T-glycans exhibit excellent compatibility and specific adsorption to metal ions in red mud.The recoveries of scandium rare earth titanium vanadium niobium are 95.2%,93.8%,95.6%,96.4%and 96.9%,respectively.
