Application of 3D laser scanning technology in comprehensive surveying and mapping of Luojia ancient houses
In the new era,the protection and utilization of ancient houses have become to more important, and the ancient houses in traditional villages are facing destruction or loss. The relocation and reconstruction of dismantled houses is one of the protection methods for ancient houses with preservation value. In order to better preserve the original style of ancient houses,3D laser scanning technology is used to conduct comprehensive surveying and mapping of dismantled ancient houses.By quickly obtaining the 3D coordinate data of the object surface through a laser scanner and producing a high-density point cloud dataset,it can accurately reflect the 3D structure and surface characteristics of the object,it better to record the spatial information and RGB color information of the ancient houses, and provide accurate design materials for the relocation and reconstruction of the ancient houses. This article mainly discusses the application of 3D laser scanning technology in surveying and mapping for the archiving of ancient houses, providing a reference for the protection of other historical and cultural resources.
