An Improved process and application of evaporation and concentration of cutting waste liquid
The cutting waste liquid has the characteristics of small quantity,high pollutant concentration and complex composition.The evaporation and concentration process,which is often used to treat its waste liquid,has a problem of poor operation.This paper introduces an improved process of evaporation and concentration of cutting waste liquid,which has the characteristics of high concentration rate,good effluent effect,stable operation,less maintenance and zero discharge of waste water,suitable for most cutting waste liquid treatment.
