随着建筑信息化技术的快速发展,BIM技术在工程项目的全生命周期内都具有独特的优势。结合BIM技术的实际应用,在信息化工程全生命周期内实现协同管理,并通过BIM技术的应用,实时三维模拟工程项目施工情况,在地下机电工程设计、施工、运维阶段,进行信息化的输入、输出及后期的变更。同时,将BIM技术与传统的管理模式相融合,针对传统的地下机电工程施工管理中存在的问题,提高工程施工的施工质量,提升工程建设品质和效率,降低工程项目的施工成本。
Research on collaborative management of the whole life cycle of underground mechanical and electrical engineering based on BIM technology
With its swift advancement in building information technology,has distinct benefits throughout the entire engineering project life cycle.By applying BIM technology and utilizing BIM technology to achieve collaborative management throughout the entire lifecycle of information engineering,BIM technology is adopted to simulate construction in real time.During the design,construction,and operation stages of underground electromechanical engineering,information input,output,and later changes are carried out.Integrating BIM technology with traditional management models,the level of traditional underground mechanical and electrical public testing and construction management is improved,leading to an enhancement of quality in each stage of engineering construction,a decrease in construction costs,and an enhancement of engineering construction's quality and efficiency.
