Research on fine construction technology of HVAC installation in electromechanical installation engineering
The time and costs associated with HVAC system installation occupy significant proportions of the total time and cost of construction projects.Major risk sources were identified based on their severity,occurrence probability,and impacts on project time and cost.Three installation processes related to HVAC systems were defined:air distribution ductwork,chilled water distribution pipework,and HVAC equipment installation.55 risk factors during the construction process were identified.Approximately 50%of the key risks are common risks that affect the entire construction process,with chilled water distribution pipework being the most critical risk construction process.
