Research on precision assembly technology of industrial robot based on machine vision
Machine vision technology,through image acquisition,processing and analysis,gives the robot the ability to"see",so that it can identify and locate the position,posture and state of the workpiece.The introduction of this technology has greatly improved the adaptability and accuracy of robots in complex assembly tasks.This paper discusses machine vision,and clarifies its composition,working principle and identification and positioning technology.On this basis,it further discusses the key technology of industrial robot precision assembly based on machine vision,and then provides technical support for the continuous improvement of the automation level and production efficiency of the manufacturing industry.
