油气管道下穿铁路桥梁段物理防护措施仿真分析

文章结合数值仿真软件Abaqus建立油气管道下穿铁路桥梁段物理防护模型,研究钢筋混凝土盖板与硬化路面对下穿铁路桥梁段油气管道的防护性能.研究结果表明,基本满足标准的硬化路面以及基本满足标准的钢筋混凝土盖板都能对油气管道下穿铁路桥梁段起到防护作用;基本满足标准的硬化路面对油气管道下穿铁路桥梁段的防护能力优于钢筋混凝土盖板.
Physical protection measures for oil and gas pipelines passing under railway bridge sections simulation analysis
In this paper,the physical protection model of underpass railway bridge section of oil and gas pipeline is established with Abaqus numerical simulation software,and studies the protective performance of reinforced concrete structure and hardened pavement on pipelines.The research results indicate that hardened pavement that essentially meet the standards,as well as reinforced concrete structure that essentially meet the standards,can both protect the pipeline effectively.The protective ability of hardened pavement that essentially meet the standards is superior to that of reinforced concrete structure for protection of underpass railway bridge section of oil and gas pipeline.
