Theoretical and practical analysis of using lime based material as KR desulfurizer for desulfurization
With the continuous development of China's steel smelting level,the quality requirements for molten iron entering the furnace have become increasingly stringent.KR hot metal desulfurization,despite its large initial investment and complex equipment,its excellent desulfurization effect and long-term low-cost operating advantages have enabled it to be continuously promoted and applied nationwide.However,there is little analysis and summary of the desulfurization effect during its on-site operation.Based on this,this article systematically sorts out the desulfurization effect of a steel plant by analyzing the relevant parameters accumulated in KR desulfurization in recent years.
