Design of multi-liquid mixing control system based on PLC
The purpose of this study is to design a multi-liquid mixing control system based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to achieve precise mixing and automatic control of different liquids.The system realizes the functions of automatic liquid injection,precise ratio,uniform mixing and timely discharge through high-efficient PLC programming and precise hardware configuration.Advanced sensor technology and electric valve control ensure the accuracy and repeatability of liquid mixing process.The design of the system considers the convenience and practicability of the operation.Through the man-machine interface,the operator can easily set different mixing ratio and process parameters.This design not only improves the level of automation of liquid mixing operation and reduces the labor cost,but also has a good application prospect,especially suitable for liquid processing and production line in chemical,food and medicine fields.
