Research on optimal design of new building water supply pipe material and pipe network system
With the performance degradation of traditional building water supply pipe materials,more and more new materials such as high-density polyethylene,crosslinked polyethylene,stainless steel,composite materials and glass reinforced plastics are used.After comparing the mechanical properties and applicability of five new materials,an optimization design method of pipe network system based on improved genetic algorithm was established,taking into account the life cycle cost of new materials.The results show that the adaptive penalty function can speed up the search into the feasible area,and then automatically adjust the penalty factor to search for a better feasible solution.Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm design scheme,the improved genetic algorithm can save 7.8% of the engineering cost,and the research results provide a theoretical basis for the application of new building water supply materials.
