高负荷运行下600MW机组给水泵小机低压调节阀故障检测

600MW机组的压差拟合系数在低压缸增益的作用下会出现不同程度的波动,这一波动会对给水泵小机低压调节阀故障检测造成严重干扰.为此,文章提出一种新的高负荷运行下600MW机组给水泵小机低压调节阀故障检测研究.在600MW机组数学模型中引入循环水的有效比热容参数,将其转化为以低压调节阀开度为核心的形式,将对应的运行参数代入600MW机组数学模型中,根据模型输出结果与当前低压调节阀开度理论上的模型输出结果之间的偏移量对故障的程度做出判断,并选择已知参数中的值作为验证参数确定具体的故障类型.在测试结果中,文章提出的设计方法能够实现对不同类型低压调节阀故障的有效检测,实际应用效果好.
Failure detection of low pressure regulating valve of feed pump small unit of 600MW unit under high load operation
The pressure difference fitting coefficient of 600MW unit will fluctuate in different degrees under the action of low pressure cylinder gain,which will cause serious interference to the fault detection of low pressure regulating valve of feed pump small unit.Therefore,this paper presents a new study on the fault detection of the low pressure regulating valve of the feed pump unit of 600MW unit under high load operation.The effective specific heat capacity parameter of circulating water is introduced into the mathematical model of 600MW unit,which is transformed into a form centered on the opening of the low-pressure regulating valve,and the corresponding operating parameters are inserted into the mathematical model of 600MW unit,and the degree of fault is judged according to the offset between the output result of the model and the output result of the current model in the theory of the opening of the low-pressure regulating valve.The values of known parameters are selected as validation parameters to determine the specific fault type.In the test results,the design method of this study can realize the effective detection of different types of low pressure regulating valve faults,and the practical application effect is good.
