Research on intelligent operation monitoring technology of highway electromechanical equipment based on big data
To explore how to use big data technology to achieve intelligent operation monitoring of electromechanical equipment,this paper proposes an intelligent operation monitoring technology for highway electromechanical equipment based on big data technology.Firstly,by collecting and analyzing the operation data of highway electromechanical equipment,key issues such as the operation status,fault prediction and maintenance decision-making of electromechanical equipment were studied.Secondly,a comprehensive monitoring system for highway electromechanical equipment was established through the collection and analysis of big data to achieve real-time monitoring and data analysis of the equipment.Then,a detection model for the operation status of electromechanical equipment is constructed by using machine learning technology,which can discover the abnormal operation behavior of the equipment in time.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method is verified through the analysis of the operation data of the actual highway electromechanical equipment.The experimental results show that the use of big data technology for electromechanical equipment operation monitoring can effectively improve the operational efficiency and reliability of the equipment.
