Optimization design of photovoltaic support based on finite element analysis
Photovoltaic bracket as a crucial component of photovoltaic power generation system,its performance directly affects the stability and power generation efficiency of photovoltaic panels.Therefore,the finite element analysis method is used in this paper to optimize the performance of photovoltaic support.First of all,the main problems existing in the design of photovoltaic bracket are analyzed.Secondly,an optimization design method based on finite element analysis is proposed.The finite element model of PV bracket is established to simulate the performance under various environmental loading conditions and identify the weak links in the structure.Then,four modes of photovoltaic support are analyzed.The results show that the optimized PV bracket exhibits high stability and load bearing capacity under different environmental conditions.
