为推进电网数字化转型,深耕和挖掘调控一体化价值,提升一体化运行品质,实现减员增效、本质安全,文章研究基于DCCS(调度指挥控制)系统实现电网运行方式顺序控制程序化操作的关键技术,贯通DCCS、OCS系统、保信主/子站、继电保护装置、远动装置间控制执行反馈链路,实现DCCS系统程序化控制序列(操作指令集)经防误校核向OCS系统(生产控制大区的控制区)实施一、二设备控制,应用基于DCCS系统的调度指挥控制体系,完备DCCS系统控制功能,拓宽程序化操作应用场景.
Research and application of programmed control and operation key technology based on DCCS (Dispatch Command and Control System)
In order to promote the digital transformation of the power grid,deep tillage and mining the value of integration of regulation and control,improve the quality of integrated operation,to achieve staff reduction and efficiency,the essence of safety.In this paper,the key technology of sequential control of power grid operation mode based on DCCS (dispatching command and control) system is studied,through the DCCS,OCS system,Trust Master/sub-station,relay protection device,remote control device between the implementation of feedback links,realizing the programmed control sequence (operation instruction set) of DCCS system to implement the first and second equipment control to OCS system (the control area of production control area) through error prevention check,the dispatching command and control system based on DCCS is applied to complete the control function of DCCS and widen the application scene of programmed operation.
