高海拔山区高压输电线路工程不良地质现象的勘测评估与应对措施——以川藏联网输变电工程为例

2014年建成运行的川藏联网输变电工程,将西藏昌都电网与四川电网接通,其处于我国地质灾害高发地带——青藏高原的东南部,工程线路所经区域不良地质现象极其发育,给线路方案的选择以及电线塔的定位带来了极大的困难。该联网工程在勘察不同的阶段及针对不同不良地质作用类型采取多样的调查方法和应对措施,以减轻不良地质作用对工程的影响。
Survey and evaluation of the unfavorable geological phenomena of high voltage transmission line engineering in high altitude mountain area and countermeasures——take Sichuan-Tibet networked power transmission and transformation project as an example
The Sichuan-Tibet Internet-connected power transmission and transformation project,which was put into operation in 2014,connects Tibet Changdu power grid with Sichuan power grid,which is in the southeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,a region with a high occurrence of geological disasters in our country.The adverse geological phenomena in the region through which the project line has passed are extremely developed,which brings great difficulty for the choice of line scheme and the location of power tower.The network project adopts various investigation methods and countermeasures in different stages of investigation and different types of adverse geological processes to reduce the impact of adverse geological processes on the project.
