在火力发电领域,电站锅炉作为核心设备,其运行效率和寿命直接影响电力生产的稳定性和经济性。近年来,电站锅炉受热面高温氯腐蚀问题日益严重,成为制约其长期稳定运行的重要因素。文章对电站锅炉受热面高温氯腐蚀特性进行了论述,在此基础上进一步提出针对性的防控措施,不仅有助于提高锅炉的运行安全性和可靠性,还能延长设备的使用寿命,降低维护成本。
High-temperature chlorine corrosion characteristics and prevention and control of the heating surface of the power station boiler
In the field of thermal power generation,power station boiler as the core equipment,its operating efficiency and life directly affect the stability and economy of power production.In recent years,the problem of high temperature chlorine corrosion on the heating surface of power station boiler is increasingly serious,which has become an important factor restricting its long-term stable operation.In this paper,the high temperature chlorine corrosion characteristics on the heating surface of the boiler are discussed.On this basis,the targeted prevention and control measures are further put forward,which are helpful to improve the operation safety and reliability of the boiler,prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.
