引水隧洞衬砌施工的关键技术及数字模拟研究

文章以新疆某XE工程为具体案例,研究了引水隧洞衬砌施工的关键技术和质量控制.通过采用TBM施工设备,应用了一套完整的质量管理与控制流程,有效提升了施工速度和质量.针对在该工程出现富水洞段的情况,采用数字模拟的手段对隧洞渗流量进行分析,提出了隧洞渗透系数和衬砌厚度的优化方法.
Study on key technology and digital simulation of lining construction of diversion tunnel
In this paper,a XE project in Xinjiang is taken as a concrete case to study the key technology and quality control of tunnel lining construction.By using TBM construction equipment,a complete set of quality management and control process is applied,which effectively improves the construction speed and quality.In view of the situation of water-rich tunnel section in the project,the seepage flow of the tunnel is analyzed by means of digital simulation,and the optimization method of tunnel permeability coefficient and lining thickness is put forward.
