基于燃煤锅炉热平衡的节能减排技术措施探讨

文章以燃煤锅炉热量平衡为出发点,以锅炉各项能量损失的原因和比重为依据进行分析,研究了锅炉节能减排的策略与方向.其中,排烟损失所占比重最大,围绕排烟损失开展的节能措施效果最为明显.新建机组设计阶段需充分论证,选取适宜容量锅炉、适宜种类锅炉.此外,还探讨了重视锅炉辅机节能、保证锅炉水质达标、增强锅炉密封性及管路系统优化等燃煤锅炉节能的技术措施.
Discussion on energy-saving and emission reduction techniques based on thermal balance of coal-fired boilers
This paper takes the thermal balance of coal-fired boilers as the starting point,analyzes the reasons and proportions of various energy losses in boilers,and studies the strategies and directions for energy saving and emission reduction of boilers.Among them,the proportion of flue gas loss is the largest,and energy-saving measures focusing on flue gas loss are most effective.It is necessary to fully demonstrate during the design stage of new units,select appropriate capacity and types of boilers.Technical measures for energy saving of coal-fired boilers are discussed:paying attention to the energy saving of boiler auxiliary equipment,ensuring boiler water quality standards,enhancing boiler sealing,and optimizing pipeline systems.
