智能建造机的关键系统设计技术研究

文章研究了智能建造机在超高层建筑项目中的应用。介绍了智能建造机的概述和关键系统设计,包括钢桁架施工平台和附着式支撑与动力系统的选型分析与设计;针对智能建造机在复杂施工环境下实际受力情况与理想状态下数值分析结果存在的差异,制定了现场试验方案,并使用振弦式表面应变计进行监测。实测值与数值模拟值对比分析表明,在顶升、施工和提升运行阶段下,测点的模拟值始终在实测值变化范围内,并与实测值变化趋势相符,最大应力值与模拟值的误差控制在8%以内。为智能建造机在超高层建筑项目中的推广应用提供参考依据。
Intelligent construction machine key system design technology research
This paper studies the application of intelligent construction machines in super high-rise building projects. Firstly,the overview and key system design of intelligent construction machines are introduced,including the selection and design analysis of the steel truss construction platform and the adhered support and power system. Subsequently,aiming at the difference between the actual stress of intelligent construction machines in complex construction environments and the numerical analysis results under ideal conditions,a field test plan is formulated,and a vibrating wire surface strain gauge is used for monitoring. The comparison analysis of the measured values and the numerical simulation values shows that under the three operation stages of lifting,construction,and hoisting,the simulated values of the measuring points are always within the range of the measured values,consistent with the trend of the measured values,and the maximum stress value is controlled within 8% of the simulated value. Through this research,it can provide a reference basis for the promotion and application of intelligent construction machines in super high-rise building projects.
